On the Filter page put something like this:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=http://intranet/security/default.htm";>

I asked one of our help desk guys (who is good with webdesign) to create a "Blocked by
IT Security" page.
The page also has links to AUP and HR policies if there is any question.

According to the user manual, where it shows "blocked by sonciwall" you can
change it to anything, included embedded HTML code, so there shouldn't be a
problem putting in the links you'd want it to display.

Ok got it working. I just wasn't patient enough :)

Now another one. I want to customize the page they get when someone goes to
a bad site. I want to add a link to our acceptable use policy, and some
other things as well. Is this possible?

Yes and I remember have this problem last fall when I bought my pro-vx. My
Insight salesrep got ahold of someone at Sonicwall and they had to do
something in their records.

Other than the initial problem getting it installed it is a great service.
