I replaced my PRO backup unit with the Pro300 that SW shipped me last month to replace a broken VX. I also upgraded the firmware on the ProVX at my other site so they would be the same version.
Remote users on the VPN are having problems keeping connections to the sonicwall. It looks like there are a bunch of "Keep Alive" requests being sent and if one is lost, the connection is dropped. Before, we have the remote VPN connections rock solid, and the firmware upgrade seems to have broken something. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Anyone know a solution?!
