+1 for the moratorium (not for the package)

I have to concur. Without install-time dependencies, I would not attempt 
to have any of my packages promoted, and really can't vote for any other 
package with dependencies. The word from the team @ C1/J1 last week is 
that dependencies are only a couple weeks off, and I'm willing to wait 
for that.
