PRESTYTERIANS TO SUPPORT COFFEE GROWERS IN YEI, MOROBO COUNTIES Thursday, 30 May 2013 14:45 | The Bishop of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of the Sudan expressed interest to invest and support coffee growers in Yei River and Morobo Counties of Central Equatoria State.
The investment aims at boosting socio-economic standards of coffee farmers in the rural communities. Bishop Elias Taban told Radio Easter that the church had a vision to restore coffee growing in the rural payams. He outlined that coffee seeds distribution and mechanical cultivation will be supported by implementing development partners. Russell Hayward, a United States-based coffee investor, said the project will benefit farmers through capacity building and marketing opportunities. < Prev Next > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "South Sudan Info - The Kob" group.
