Ohh, could you post that somewhere ASAP?! I was JUST now trying to export from Blender 2.4 and getting Python errors. I've got a major thing due in the next week and having a working Cal3d export would be a HUGE help to me. Even if it's not 100%, I can at least start hacking on it.
