All of them, in fact. And emacs as well. > > Why ? They do the job. Eric has great debugging support. Vim is good for quick bug fixing where starting Emacs or Eclipse would be an overkill. Eclipse - I am using this for writing code, Python support is quite good. I am switching between Emacs and Eclipse, but recently I left Emacs for my LaTex writing (PhD thesis ...) and use Eclipse for Python. Ipython is great for its debugging support, great introspection and many other things - I am using this exclusively instead of the standard python shell (I do not like GUIs like IDLE or SPE for interactive work) Regards, Jan > --- Jan Ciger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> a écrit : > > > Do not forget Eric3 (contains excellent debugger), > Vim, Eclipse with > Python perspective, IPython (great python shell). > > All of these work on Linux and Windows, maybe with > the exception of > Eric3, because it needs QScintilla. > > Regards, > > Jan > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mandriva - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFCvGo8n11XseNj94gRArr8AJ45KLpzseau8WqkH+N8W8AaV7sJagCgoz4d BvPx1uZH3iW4kgcov8qHYjk= =3+bo -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
