If you use Blender 2.41, you need to use the exporter from Soya 0.10.2 (and not 
the one included in older version of Soya or in Blender).

To export the model, the best way is to use the "auto-exporter" feature  (see 
the tuto with the same name), i.e. :

Cal3dShape.get("your_model")

with your_model.blend in a blender/ directory.
