It seems that "militant" has not the same meaning in French... in French it 
means "associative", not military.

I am saying i have even not asked myself the question yet.

The perfect licence for editorial content such as website doesn't exist yet, 
IMO. Free software licences don't fit well, since e.g. the "History" or "Soya's 
spirit" page are not understood to be modified.

You didn't reply to point 1) and 3). BTW, the news for Soya 0.10.4 on the wiki 
is wrong, as far as i know image and land have not been changed; it is an 
illustration of point 3). If you want Soya news, you should incorporate the 
Soya news RSS from OOmadness.

I believe there are things that last and things that don't. Wikis are good for 
things that don't last and evolve fast, and this is why i've linked your wiki 
TOD and FAC from OOmadness. However, I believe wikis or tracs are not good for 
presenting a project.
