"It was a little bit of luck, I guess.� Someone noticed how well I performed
at the Academy.� I was assigned to the station when� the position was
available.� I am actually an Ensign, but my current rank is brevit."

"And how is it working directly with Admiral Renaud?"

"He is great to work for.� He gives me the leeway to do my job the best way
I can.� He is formal.� I dont really see him as much as one would expect,
though.� He is very busy with his own responsibilities."

"Congratulations on your good fortune.� It certainly
appears as if you have definitely earned it.� DO you like working here on
the station?� I have never liked station assignments much.� Things get
stagnant and boreing too fast.� On a ship you are always doing something
new or going someplace new...� know what I mean?"


"While serving on a ship is a dream for just about any Starfleet cadet, I
have found that Spacedock holds it own surprises.  I don't think that I could
say I have been bored yet."

"I do know Admiral Renaud respects you a great deal-that much he's been
clear on. He only keeps those he truly trusts the closest to him."

Audra couldn't help but blush.  She was not used to having this kind of
attention.  She was proud of her accomplishments, but she also was not one
who liked to brag about them.  "Well, I just do my job."
