It was time for her to go to the meeting of the reformers. She knew, from
the advice of a friend, not to get there too early because of the mouthy
ones. However, that may be a good reason to get there.

Upon arrival to the location she finds her friend, her new found friend.
He was standing outside in the cool San Francisco air waiting for her.
"Hello there Admiral Kitanya. I know that I said that it would be
easier on you if you got here later, but I thought that was not quite your
style. Again, I warn you. You are here and in the middle of it. If you
want out, now is the time. After you go in, it will be too late. Far too
late."
