  From the back of the room came a voice that sounded very over important...

    "Well folks if we are to weigh our voices by how well we know the CinC, then mine 
trumps all."

  At this point attention turned from the Caitian to the back of the room.  Where from 
out of the shadows, walking down the stairs was an officers in Admiral's garb.  A Rear 
Admiral.

   Captain Simmons replies, "Well if it isn't the infamous Tyrus Lasiter.  I knew it 
was getting cramped in here.  You ego made it before you did."

   "Simmons, your dry wit is as stale as ever." replied the man walking down the 
stairs.

"Good to see you, Ty." added the Tellerite.

    "Admiral Samuel Lasiter has a plan.  I can assure you of that.  While I am not 
privy to it, I know he has one.  He never does anything without a plan.  From the time 
he was a teenager he has always thought 10 steps ahead.  He has a plan, and he is just 
waiting for the right time to put it in motion.  That is if he has not already." 
replied the new Admiral.
