     The search of the quarters was an interesting event.  The search of computer terminal produced communications from what were commonly refered to an Venasian Hate groups- groups that opposed the treaty with the Venasians and their strick prohibition on exchanging technology.  In fact there were quite a few message *to* and *from* those groups.  Scans of his shower and dressing area revealed traces (a very slight residue) of the Venasian exposive.  The article that had thehighest amounts on it was a work uniform.  But even the trace amounts wre not conclusive.  One of the security officers stumbled onto his personal journal, which was on a personal computing device that was not part of his SF issue.  On that they found references to a meeting with a contact, and a plan to put a heavy strain on Federation - Venasian relations.  Edwards personal feelings on that particular subject were.... very approving.  On! e may say hopeful...
