There was a series of enlisted quarters a deck up from the main
cargo bay where the transport was happening. All of which were empty at the

Lasiter, in his meeting, would not get the message until late in the
evening...
She materialized to find a stark room. The crewman that had lived there had
obviously departed with his belongings. That could mean that he was on an
extended leave or transfer. Which tended to happed when a ship came in for
a refit- the crew got lots of leave and some transfered out.
