> "Guess the cat is out of the bag, folks. We have a Lasiter Lover
>here...." Tyrus said loud and sarcastically. Several members of the
>assembled group laugh. They quickly quiet down, and get back to business.

She hated the cat jokes, and at that moment she had a vision of putting
Tyrus into a bag himself and beating the bag with a stick, but the vision
passed.

> "Admiral Kettering... another pleasant surprise." Captain Simmons
>announced the arrival of the group's leader.

> "Enough of this bickering and thrust and parry... There is business
>to talk about. Admiral Kitanya, I am Kyle Kettering the commander of 9th

>as distinguished as you as part of our group.  welcome.}

She stood and bowed in proper Caitian style, smoothly and fluidly. "Yourrr

"We werrre just talking about how Karrrachi herrre," she purposely didn't
use his rank, which she could do since she outranked him, "dares to insult
a Jirr'ith-wielderrr of Clan Mikan, and still thinks he's going to make it
home tonight," she said matter-of-factly. She glanced a dangerous look at
the Tellarite. "But beyond that, the need forrrr a plan, and the patience
to wait on its execution only when it becomes necessarrry, as with any
*good* tactical plan."
