>"I want to talk to Edwards if you wouldn't mind...and it will be recorded
 >and you will be there."

 >"Yes, sir," replied K'Tael. He wondered if Boulay would have better luck
 >with Edwards and his lawyer.

 >"Let's go."

 >The Klingon followed the head of JAG into the conference room and waited for
 >it to begin.

David walked in, "Counselor, Mr. Edwards-I am JAG Chief David Boulay-I am
the one who makes the plea decisions." Before Fenton could say a word,
started by putting a PADD on the table. Then he looked up at the corner at
the video recorders, "Computer-record interrogation and possible plea deal
of Specialist Edwards. Commencing with Counselor Fenton, myself Captain
David Boulay JAG Chief and Commander K'Tael present."

"So far gentlemen, we have a large amount of evidence establishing a clear
intent of Specialist Edwards' plans and involvement. However, we have
another possibility for your client to consider before I accept or counter
any plea deal. The large amount of evidence in your quarters, Mr. Edwards,
can establish a clear hatred for the Venasians as a race. This could lead
to a civil hearing, which could be much more costly to you above and beyond
jail time. If it is requested, I will turn over all evidence showing this
link as is my perogative-this civil hearing would be under Venasian law..."
he let that hang-Venasians were very kind people but had harsh laws civil
and criminal, "I doubt there would be any deals there, Mr. Edwards." He
looked at him, "What are you proposing?"
