   Fenton simply noded.

"While I disagree with the civil action being Venasian Jurisdiction, that matter
can be discussed later. Afterall, all of the events in question that involve my client
happened within the soverign territory of the UFP.

I suggested that all charges on this matter be limited to illegal possession of an
explosive material with a sentence of no more than 2 years, and an included charge of
attempted murder with a jail term of no more than 6 years. Both to be served
concurrent. In exchange for the plea will be cooperation in the current ongoing
investigation and testimony as to the details of the shuttle incident and how the
explosives were obtained.

While we are on the subject, my client does not object to this conversation being
recorded, but does object to any possible testimony that could be relevant to the
pending case against him. If you want to go there, that is just fine. However, you
must stop the recording."
