"As long as they keep to themselves," Selara replied.  Her mind was already 
going through their inventory.

Selara's eyebrows swept up in an arch expression. "Well, Garibaldi. Looks 
like you've got a nice little fleet being constructed here.  Going to be 
starting a little war?  Because if  you are, I'd like to know so I can set 
up my blockade runs and smuggling lines early."

   "This is not a personal fleet, and I doubt there will be blockades.  At least not 
many.  We are preparing for a war on a civil nature.  All internal.  This is what you 
have been doing for me.  Smuggling parts for me to build or refit several ships to be 
the center piece of a new fleet.  One that just may have to fire upon their friends."  
he replied with a somber tone.
