Audra returned the greeting.  "Gentle tides."  She turned to look at the rest of the family unit.  "It seems to very busy here today," she replied.  She hoped to find out if traffic had increased, decreased or stayed the same since the regime change.
 
"Indeed it is," she agreed, "although it will be much busier towards the center of the City."

"The child in your group is lovely.  May I ask her name?"

"She is Alshinra.  She is less than a cycle old, so her vocal cords are not yet developed."  Sure enough, the child watched them with quiet curiousity, not saying anything, but clearly understanding what was being exchanged. Presently, she lost interest in the strangers and turned back to work with great concentration on her toy.
