Each embassy provides its own security and diplomatic personnel are exempts from certain types of search, seisure and arrest."
"And we never will be in complete control of that section...actually, we may be faced with races that may not want their Embassies here anymore. How can we avoid or run damage control on that? Maybe Joint Patrols?"
"I am not sure that I would support joint patrols for the station, sir. While it might improve relations, Spacedock is still a Federation facility under the jurisdiction of pair Starfleet. The joint patrols would allow us to pair up with the other races, but we would have no jurisdiction over their actions. Perhaps, we should provide daily security briefings for each embassy's security chief and offer joint patrols in the Ambassadorial section."
"True...that could help us cover those concerns..."
"It might help smooth over some of the rough relations we have had aboard the station lately, too," replied the CSec.
