> Upon Basco's arrival, she asked her, "Doctor, has Matthew recovered

>
> "I believe that he can see a visitor, but please keep it short.", she said
> flatly. There were too many ears that may hear, so discression was the order

>
> "Please come with me.", Basco said taking the Admiral back into the isolation

Understanding the need for discretion, t'Llhweiir simply nodded and followed
the doctor.
> They stopped at the door, and after giving things a casual check...
>
> "He came out of his healing trance just over an hour ago, and I am
> keeping his condition guarded for the time being. To protect his
> privacy.... Go on in, but please keep it short. It will be harder to

With a smile, t'Llhweiir replied, "Thank you, Doctor. I will keep the visit
brief."
> She entered to find Matthew sitting up in bed, reading the news.
She stood quietly studying his bowed head and remembering how it had felt to
have him die in her arms. She wanted to reach and touch him to reassure
herself that he was, indeed, well. It was one thing to know him special nature
and quite another to have experienced its effects for the first time. Anyone
who knew the self-assured admiral would have been surprised at the uncertainty
in her eyes.
Carrhae clinched her teeth and drew a steadying breath through her nostils.
Finally, with a whisper, she managed, "Matthew?"
"Yes.", he said not looking up right away. Finishing up the sentence he was reading.
Upon looking up he locked eyes, and smiled a big toothy grin.
"That's my name"
