While Daphne wanted to point out that he must in fact have a theory, she did not think it prudent to pick a fight at this time. With her green eyes she scanned over the felinid. "Are you a Caitian?" she asked making it sound like an obvious choice for someone who did not know felinids well.
He looked puzzled for a moment, then the ephiany. Traknor did not know what a Caitian was. At least until he put two and two together. [No, I am not a Caitian. However, I can see where one could get confused. Our two peoples do have many ourward similarities.]
"Since I don't know too much about your people, perhaps you could tell me a little bit about your history?"
[No.] He was being arrogant and defiant. Audra knew that felinids could be proud and stubborn from her past dealings with Caitians. However, this one took it to an extreme.....
Daphne was not completely surprised about this response. It was the one that she had expected. "Are your people native to the area where you were attacked?"
