Daphne turned and walked out of the area to join the Caitian and Klingons.  She knew that they were going to have comments about what had happened, and she was interested in hearing what they had to say.

"You have an interesting set of interrogation tactics, Commander.", was the gruff comment from the Klingon in charge fo the guards.  It was almost as if he dissaproved of her methods.

Daphne could sense the note of dissapproval in the Klingon's voice.  "Considering we have learned so little about Traknor and his people before I arrived, I figured I would try a different tack."  It was a jibe of her own.  One meant to make the point that she could and would stand on her own to feet.

The barb was appreciated, and the smile on the Klingon's face made that clear.  The Caitians smiled as well.

"The humans like to play good cop, bad cop while the Klingons play terrible cop, even worse cop.", answered one of the felines with a toothy grin.

"What impressions on this Traknor do you have?", the top Klingon said asking her opinion.

Daphne felt herself smile.  She had made her point and was being respected by it.  "Traknor is definitely full of arrogance and conceit.  He doesn't feel the need to talk about any of this, particularly to a lowly human.  I don't think he is the brightest person I have ever met.  He sounds like a grunt even if he is the leader of the his posse."

(anyone?)
