Rilg raised his hand, "I think we should consider the earlier proposal of requesting that members of this Council be allowed to go to Cardassia Prime to meet with Golan Dulath."
"I agree completely with Ambassador Rilg that with appropriate safety measures it would be the necessary move at this time. I motion for the request officially."
Valtris raised her hand. "I will second that motion."
T'Kresh nodded. "It would appear that we have a proposal to vote on. All those in favor?"
"The Ferengi Alliance votes for approval," stated Rilg, proudly participating as a major player with new found confidence.
"The Klingon Empire also supports the proposal," responded the Klingon representative as she glared at Ambassador Damesh with a smug sneer.

"All those opposed," continued the Chair of the Council as she eyed the Cardassian.
"The Cardassian Union opposes the proposal," responded Melora in a simple statement. She refused to look at the other members as she awaited their responses.
