So far, Lucas had given no indication he knew anything about the VLF, just easy-going, somewhat geeky Lucas.
"No thank you, but I appreciate the offer. I am still thinking about the movie that I saw in sickbay. Would you like to see it? I brought a protable Vid player in case things got boring." It was the start of his fishing expedition.
"No thanks, sir," Lucas replied too easily, "I've actually seen it. Wasn't a great quality vid, actually. Won't be winning any awards any time soon, I think. Still, it had a clever little twist in the middle which made it interesting for a minute."
