came to work and sent it from my home email to send to the list when I got
here-I just found it in my work email)
Watson sat down-as he was new to the Diplomatic
corp, his higher-ups would want an update on his first-day
activities.
He outlined the discussion he'd had and the
concerns over the former Cardassian Ambassador-he also stated that this was in
the investigatory stages only and authentication of the scroll was being done by
Intel with results expected in the morning. He was also coordinating with
Admiral Bedru.
Meeting with Lasiter was also noted.
Then he mentioned the issue of the Ramesar
gov't wanting to send a Representative. He indicated he'd pass the request to
the Council in general but that unless there were concerns from higher-up or
Bedru at their meeting in the morning, he was prepared to support the
proposition based on the reports he'd received that the power transfer was done
and the population was settled.
