"Granted," Ael allowed.  "But she is not at all well connected here.  You ahve done the right thing, my friend, and your friends will not allow you to stand out there by yourself."

"I know that in my mind.  Besides, I don't know that she would be brave enough to do anything on Spacedock," replied the Ferengi.  "I just wanted to make sure that you knew what she was up to in case she decided to confront you."

Ael smiled crookedly.  "I doubt very much that will happen," she assured him.  "She knows that I would not sit by and allow myself to be bullied, and I doubt she would be willing to enter into a contest she wasn't confident she could win."

The Ferengi just nodded his head.  He was not fully confident of the future, but he definitely felt better about it.  That was for more than one reason, though the fact that the Rihannsu representative had all but said she would make shure nothing happened played a big role.  "I thank you for your words of kindness and confidence, Madam Ambassador.  I am feeling quite a bit better than when I first arrived."
