"I will order monitoring of the communications of everyone who is detailed to
both the escort and decoy transports and the security personnel assigned to the
prisoner."
"That's a great idea. When do we want to pull this off? We could do it almost any
time. The soonest I could get the resources into play would be late this morning,
just before lunch. Bureau of Prisions needs a bit more time. However, we want to
give our prey some time to prepare, but not enough for the surprise to be ruined. Any
thoughts on the matter?"
