He took K'Tael's hand again, "Stay strong...we need you back."

David felt the hand compress slightly. In fact, it was a little more than slight. K'Tael's grip caused the Captain a little bit of pain.

Not expecting it, he jumped, "Ouch." He looked at the doctor with surprise.

K'Tael's response to David's voice was his eyes to flash open and look around.

"Commander...K'Tael...?"

The Klingon's black eyes looked around the room searching from the sound of the voice. It was familiar. "Captain Boulay?" he said as he started to sit up. He felt dizzy and leaned back down. "What happened?"

He glanced at the Doctor, "Don't try to get up Commander. You've been comatose. You're in the Hospital Unit of Mars Station. We were attacked."

Dr. T'Mel made her way over to the biobed to access the readouts there. For the most part, K'Tael's awakening was probably the best indication that he was in a better condition than he had been earlier. She would have preferred if he had remained lying down, though.

The Klingon leaned back down. Things in his head seemed quite muddled. It took him a moment to remember the attack, but it did come back. "Is Commander Wilson injured as well?" he asked as he noticed the absence of the Intelligence officer.

(response?)

He was pleased to hear that the woman was not hurt. "Have we any indication why we were attacked?"

(response?)
