"But not everyone can install a near-state-of-the-art weapons system on a
civilian shuttle," Wilson replied.

Harrison nodded his head.  That was true, though, once again, those skills would not be limited to Starfleet personnel.  "The numbers of people with those skills would be limited."

"Thank you, Sir."

"Gentlemen," Wilson continued, "Did you find anything else noteworthy or
suspicious about the Nile's condition?"

Harrison turned to Jorg to let him respond.

"Not really," replied the Tellarite.  "The Runabout performed as would be expected under the conditions."

"I had to ask," Wilson replied in a tone that showed her lack of surprise.
"Anything further from other investigators at the scene of the attack or the
crash, Captain?"

The CO of the installation on Mars shook her head.  "Basically, all of the information retrieved at the scene was similar to what would be found at an accident scene.  The information that you need is on the shuttle that escaped.  That would provide us with the evidence of the who and the why we need to prove our hypothesis.  Did anyone aboard your ship get a reading on the vessels ID beacon or any sort of identifying marks on the surface?  That could help us trace the ship."

(Wilson?)
