Geb smiled broadly as the maitre d' studied him. There was an evil sparkle to his eye as the man composed himself.
The trio made their way over to the table where the maitre d' dropped off Geb and Audra. "I hope you don't mind, Joanna, but I thought I would bring a new friend to join us for dinner."
Joanna saw Audra coming over. Actually, she was quite hard to miss with her large companion. he appeared to be Brikarian. It was a good guess since there were few species that looked anything like them. According to his uniform, he was an ensign either from Engineering or Security. She stood when they reached the table. "The more the merrier," she replied as she offered a seat to the newcomer. "I am Joanna Kirk, station Counselor," she continued as she extended a hand in greeting.
