In unison, Carrhae's voice melded with Matt's. "We do."
"Do you have some token of these vows?" the Priest asked.
Matthew took only a moment to register the words, then almost apologetically his right hand left Carrhae's to pull a box out of his pocket, which he opened. He pulled her two rings out together.
"With this ring," O'Malley prompted.
"With this ring," Matt repeated.
"I pledge to you all that I have and all that I own."
"I pledge to you all that I have, and all that I own, and all that is within my power to give you," he ad-libbed.
Matt then handed her the ring, and O'Malley wlked her through the vows as well.
(any ad-libbing? comments on the rings, oh pointed one? Claddaugh wedding rings with sapphire hands and ruby hearts.)
"By the power invested in me by the Holy Catholic Church, the United Federation of Planets, the Tricameron and the Praetoreate, I hereby declare you man and wife, and bondmates," O'Malley said, the smile growing wider.
