He had said this before, but Carrhae suspected there was more.  However, she
would not press him.  He would speak when--or if--he chose to do so.

(ooc: btw, if my writing style is becoming more florid, it's because I'm
currently reading _Captain Blood_.  Both my speech and writing patterns
sometimes change when I read a lot of earlier period pieces.)

"I can do nothing to alleviate the grief, but I want you to remember that you
have a staff that wants to help you handle the rest of the 'platter.'  You are
not alone in this."

"I know they are good people, but they already work 12 hour days as it is.  I 
don't want to push them any harder.  In the next few months things will shake 
out, and change will happen."
