Geb watched as the waitress walked away. "Thank you for letting me choose."
He looked around the restaurant for a moment in amazement at the number of
people there. "Is it always this busy here?"

Audra smiled. She wondered how long it was going to take for Breknor to get
used to the station's population. "Well, they don't call us the gateway to
the starts for nothing."

Joanna took a sip from her drink. "Ensign, I would think that your time in
San Francisco would have shown you how cluttered public spaces can get. It
is a beautiful city, but it is a busy one between Starfleet, vacationers,
and the residents."

"I have found that even in the busiest of metropolises, there are areas to
find solitude.  We all need some time to ourselves, even those of you who
are used to large populations."

Joanna smiled.  "You are quite right.  It does take a bit of getting used to
up here, though.  Since space is limited, it tends to condense people a bit.
You will get used to it.  You will also find that there are some places on
the station where you can have a bit of peace."

"I grew up in Quebec.  There are always people and tourists moving around, but there are also wonderful hideaways to be alone.  Spacedock is not all that different."
