Joanna looked back to the new arrivals to see if they were ready to order.���

Audra decided to jump in and order first. "I will have a grilled chicken salad with oil and vinegar and a glass of water."���

Geb studied the waitress for a moment. She seemed to fit right into the "Texas longhorn" feel of the restaurant. She was dressed in jeans, a shirt and a bolo tie that went perfectly with her cowboy boots and hat. It was a little bizarre seeing her in the outfit, though, since she was an Andorian. �Her little, blue antennae snuck through small holes cut in the brim of the hat.���

"I will have a rack of ribs, diced potatoes, and a beer. Draft, please," he ordered before looking over to Joanna.���

Joanna smiled as she watched Geb looking at the waitress. It was an odd combination, but she had gotten used to those sorts of blends of race and culture a long time ago. When growing up on a starship, there was so much exposure to cultural exchange.���

Now that it was her turn to order, Joanna added, " I would like an Alice Springs Chicken with a backed potatoe and an iced tea. Could I have a sprig of mint with the iced tea?"���

The waitress nodded her antenae. "I think they can handle that," she replied. "Can I get you folks an appetizer or anything else while you are waiting?"��

A pair of obsidian like eyes slid around the table as Geb waited to see what his two dinner mates would say. He did not feel a need for an appetized, but he did not want to speak for them�

Audra studied the newest arrival the station staff and figured he would probably want to add something to the eating choice. Considering the size and density of his people, he was going to need to work on maintaining his weight. "Ensign, since this is your first meal aboard, why don't you select something that we might all share." She winked at Joanna with the full knowledge that they would be lucky to even want to pick at it.
