Watson noticed the tweak of light from Dolari and caught the look out of the
corner of his eye...it was something to keep aware of. He approached Celana
and gave the traditional Venasian greeting, "Tremea Celana. Federation
Ambassador James Watson...it is a pleasure to meet you."

"And I am glad to make your acquaintance, Ambassador," the Clone replied graciously. She seemed distant, not in a cold way, but as if she were distracted or not quite there.

Lasiter refocused his attention on the newcomer. In an instant he knew it was not the real Celana. It wasn't that he knew she was safely recovering in an isolated room on Spacedock. It was everything about her. Nothing sat right. The time that he spent bonded to Celana gave him a special connection with her. A heightened sixth sense with regard to her. His face did not betray his thoughts. He keenly watched the interaction between the clone and Watson.

She nodded at something A'amon said. Once she looked at Lasiter, and it seemed there was a hint of recognition... Then she turned back to Ambassador Watson. "I am sorry to have left so abruptly, Ambassador," she said, "with the Council decision to adhere to General A'amon's leadership for the time being, there was little time to give proper notice."
