Torgath turned back to the door and opened the panel to provide him
access to the manual override. He pulled out the suction handle and set
it down. Once it was in place, he turned to make sure that his partner
was ready. When he was sure he was, he tugged the door open and felt
the rush of his partner as he ran by.
It probably would have amazed most people how quickly Geb could move
considering his massive size, but he was in the room in seconds and
dove at the human. Since he knew that Shevab was a Horta it did not
take long to figure out who the antagonist was.
Adam went down and went down hard. It was like being hit by an
avalanche, and he was out cold before he could do or say anything in
response to the newest arrival to the room.
{Knight takes pawn, Mr Adam.} said the Horta.
Geb Kebron stood up and straightened out his uniform. "I hope you were
not waiting too long, Commander Shevab," he said as he leaned over to
pick the prisoner up. "Could you give us some information about what
happened?"
The small figure that was Torgath stepped into the room as his partner
was asking his question and was followed by Celine LaLune-Ares.
Torgath moved to stand next to his partner and took out a tricorder to
make sure that the prisoner made it through the tackle without any
severe injury. It seemed that he had.
Celine made her way over to her boss to see if he was all right. He
seemed to be, but then there was no way to be sure since she did not
know what phsysiological signs to look for. It was clear from the way
that she was looking at Shevab that she was concerned for his
well-being.
