{My 'perspective' is that he seemed not to 'know his anus from his head', so to speak. A simple expendable pawn trying to take out a higher piece on the board so to speak. I was to be killed as a message somehow to the other aliens aboard the Station, wether there was to be a physical message left behind with my body I do not know.}

Torgath stumbled slightly upon hearing the response.  It was not the type of response he expected from a fellow Starfleet officer, nevermind from a superior officer.  "Commander, we are not asking these questions to be difficult.  It is clear that your assailant was not really competent at his job, but we do need to hear some details rather than insults if we are going to get the specifics of his identity and what he was doing in Engineering.  There are thousands of non-humans on board.  Why did he specifically choose you?"

(Shevab?)
