(OOC: All Council members should be sending representatives. Even
though an embassy's primary diplomat may be on hiss/her way to Cardassia, an
assistant would be assigned to such an important reception. Please play
out with an aide or assistant of some sort. -AJ)

Bedru sent a message to each member of the Diplomatic Council about the impending arrival of the Ramesar with an inquiry of who was sending a representative to receive them. It took only moments for the Aqualish Embassy to reply with word that the Assistant Plantoc would be joining the reception and offered whatever assistance the Admiral needed in arranging the reception. The Cardassian Embassy replied with a brief note that a representative
would be sent.
