It took only moments for the Aqualish Embassy to reply with word that
the Assistant Plantoc would be joining the reception and offered
whatever assistance the Admiral needed in arranging the reception.
The Cardassian Embassy replied with a brief note that a representative
would be sent.
Bedru contacted the Aqualish Embassy and Watson's offices to see where
the reception for the Ramesar would be held.
The receptionist from the Aqualish Embassy returned Bedru's call to let
her know that the embassy would be happy to host the function in the
ballroom. Were there any important dietary or other needs that should
be considered when making the arrangements.
