Once Reid entered, she again offered him the seat across from her desk.
"Captain, how did your meetings go?"
He took the offered seat. "Quite well, I'd say. They had lots of questions
about how and why I thought I would be qualified to command an region. I felt
a bit strange answering considering the conversation we had just before I
appeared before them. All in all, I think they liked the answers I gave."
