Looks like some kind of issue with Oracle not running at some point
during your install. (although it was working at the time when you
populated the schema)

Can you connect with sqlplus spacewalk/[EMAIL PROTECTED] (or whatever your
connection params are)

I'm not great with "Oracle isn't running" problems, anyone able to pick
this up?
