spamc (including qmail-spamc) resides now in its own directory, called 
(surprise) spamc. Everything should work fine, even 'make spamd/spamc'. 
'make disttest' succeeded both on Linux and Windows. But packagers might 
want to check their scripts and for Windows I'm not 100% sure (Sidney, 
could you please test that everything still works?)
