Actually, that's not 100% accurate...

It's the pristine message body...  The message header is slightly cooked.
Namely that line continuations are removed and CRLF -> LF.  ie:

Received: from someone
        blarg blarg\r

becomes:

Received: from someone blarg blarg

Makes the header RE easier.
