Given that pm0.net and mb00.net are part of PostmasterGeneral.net, a
mainsleaze spamming operation (documented at
http://spews.org/html/S809.html), you might wish to advise the AAR to
either handle their own mass-mailings[1] or find someone who isn't a known
cost-shifting thief to manage their mailings. I'd suggest whitehat.com[2],
though there are probably a few non-spamming mail mailers out there. Very
