Ahh, welcome to the blacklist nightmare! You get FPs when a known spammer is used to send out maybe 5% legit stuff. Then get FPs like this. It is my opinion that in cases like this, the newsletter be whitelisted, and the sender of said newsletter be informed that there newsletter is being tagged as spam because of their choice of 3rd parties to send/host.
It's not pretty, but needs to be done. I've known some pretty tech savy men of the cloth in my time!
