False possitives

Is there anyone here that can explain me why I get more and more false
possitives where this is in the header and the subject still has {spam?}
in front of it. This is from on of the last messages I received through
this mailinglist.

I use one of the latest SA's with MailScanner on a RedHat 9 system.
