You seem to be generating a message-id, but it should be "Message-ID", not
"Message-Id". Note capitalization.
I just sent myself a message from Outlook, and I see a Message-ID header
probably inserted by the Exchange server rather than the outlook client
itself. However, it is in proper format:
Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
So I would guess that there is something slightly misconfigured with some
server in your path.
