Yes, outlook might be a pain in the ass and buggy but for an organization to label outlook users as spammers would inevitably start having a very high fp rate and thus would become worthless. How many spammers actually run outlook? Do they use outlook or an automated process? I would thing that any spammer wasting time on a mail merge in word would have been better off just scripting 15 lines of code in PHP or VB. But us outlook scum...
