The group sends emails using a list server and everyone always gets their mail except for my director. Periodically her messages are bounced back to ther list server and she is put in an "on hold" status. I do not wish to have any emails bounced back for whatever reason. Can someone give me a suggestion as to what I should do?thanks

OK. So, you're saying that MailScanner
is occasionally rejecting messages based on that message's SA score. Do
you have any copies of the offending messages? Another option, assuming
you trust the particular list is to WHITELIST_FROM or WHITELIST_FROM_RCVD all
messages from that list.
Unfortunately, I don't use MailScanner, so I cannot
help you with how to go about implementing this specifically. Though, I'm
sure someone on the list can.
