Remember that the correct form of a test URL for SURBLs would be:

  http://surbl-org-permanent-test-point-MUNGED.com/
  http://127.0.0.2-MUNGED/

without the "-MUNGED"s.  So if you send yourself a message with
the unmunged testpoints ad URIs, those messages should get
tagged.  I'm adding this to the FAQ...  ;-)

The name of the list (in this case sc.surbl.org) is only tacked
on for DNS queries on the RBL, i.e.:

(That address resolution is invisible to SpamCopURI or urirhsbl
